KS1 having lots of fun in the snow.  Can you spot some mini snow creations?  We didn't have a lot of snow to work with.

It doesn't snow often, so we went out and made the most of it with a class snowball fight  

We tested materials to see if they were magnetic or not.

His head - shaped like a dustbin but as big as a bedroom.

We have been writing similies to describe The Iron Man.

It was such a cold day we decided to see if we could freeze bubbles and spent a lovely time blowing bubbles and watching them change from liquid to solid. 

Year 1 had a science lesson all about ice.  The weather was very helpful or lesson.

We are making our reading corner into a woodland from Midsummer Night's Dream. Year 4 had great fun making leaves, stars, animals and fairies to go in it.

Year 4 dojo winners earn treat time and this week they decorated biscuits and enjoyed eating them! Well done for your hard work

Thank you Furness Academy for a brilliant sports morning. We did icircuit training,  trampolining and a science investigation about urine! We had lots of fun 

We have been using drama to predict what will happen to Jim Hawkins now he has got on board the Hispanola! 

Year 5 have started their Spellbinding book challenge. We had a lovely paired reading session. The children have until Easter to read 6 books and then vote for their favourite.
