We had a great time at Kendal Leisure Centre.

We listened to some authors (Jonathan Meres was very funny).

Then we had a chance to buy books and have them signed!

Year 6 having lots of fun learning how to play Tag Rugby.

We topped off our Chinese New Year celebrations by cooking a delicious feast, eating with chopsticks and drinking jasmine tea. Happy Year of the Monkey everyone, love Year 5

Year 1 parents enjoyed a visit to our classroom this morning to share stories.

We have been enjoying our weekly yoga sessions and are learning lots of new exercises and poses each week.

Year 5 have had a lovely morning watch Beauty and The Beast at Dowdales which was a fantastic performance. Lovely to see some old Roose faces involved as well. 

Year 5 have learnt a Chinese Song.

As part of our Chinese New Year celebrations, we have been building in the correct style.
