A lovely first week back after our half term break. We introduced the children to their new playground toys and resources and discussed how to look after them. It was brilliant to see the children using them and enjoying and sharing together. Seeing them choose to write reminders of our values…

Year 2 enjoyed lots of lovely book day activities and all looked amazing dressed as the different characters! It was lovely to see so many Roald Dahl characters after our topic last term! Great effort everyone!

Year 3 enjoyed World Book Day 

As part of our explanation texts about the coast, we have been exploring how waves are formed. 

What a lovely world book day. We did some shared reading, spent time rehearsing A Midsummer Night’s Dream and started reading Tyler by S F Said. 

Year 4 and Reception did some reading together this morning to celebrate World Book Day.
