We had fun finding Halves in the garden! We drew halves on things we found with chalk, including leaves and trees!

We have had a fantastic day with Ryoko, John and Glen. We have learned all about Japanese Tea Ceremonies, made and drank Japanese tea, made our own instruments and composed a a tune to accompany a Japanese Tea Ceremony- what a busy day! We have all really enjoyed it. Please see the gallery for…

We had a fantastic day at the Spaceport yesterday and then on the ferry over the Mersey. We did battle with some very large seagulls who were eyeing up our lunch! Please see the gallery for more photos

Nursery hid some eggs in our room. We enjoyed them while reading Charlotte's Web.

Year 5 had a brilliant day yesterday at Ulverston Victoria High School on our taster day. We had lessons in art, music, computing, geography, French and PE. It was lovely to see some old Roose faces who helped us out and made us so welcome. Thanks UVHS

Well done Year 4!

We had so much fun making healthy toast as part of our science topic on Healthy Living. Children prepared the toast by themselves using our new skills of cutting and spreading! We had lots of fun eating the toast afterwards too!

We have spent a lovely morning learning all about gravity and measuring force with Newton Meters. We all found out something new!
