Thank you to the Vue Cinema for our trip to see Sherlock Gnomes, we had a great time

Year 6 enjoyed having an ice cream treat today to reward all their hard work during Sats this week.  Well done Year 6. 

Year 6 enjoyed decorating plates to celebrate the Royal Wedding.  A nice treat after their first Sats test.  

Year 1 worked so quietly and really concentrated on painting their plates.

We have been drawing and labelling the digestive system today  

Year 6 preparing for Sats next week with Liane.  They practised different breathing techniques and concentration poses.

Year 6 really enjoyed dancing around the Maypole today.  

We have been finding out the mass of carbon dioxide. This was done with lots of pop bottle shaking and jumping around. Results should be in tomorrow!  

We have been working out how Wallace and Gromitt's Cracking Contraptions work to write explanation texts

The value of the month is Cooperation.

We read the story of The Two Greedy brothers and then tried to cooperate with each other to untangle ourselves.

Years 4 and 5 had a fantastic morning at Dowdales listening to the Fitzroy String Quartet
